To the extent that this ETLA is contrary to any provision of the license terms or other contractual document between reseller and customer, the terms of this ETLA shall apply. Notwithstanding any other provision to the contrary, the Customer may terminate the term of the License at any time after the first (first anniversary) of the entry into force, in accordance with applicable law, any obligation of this Agreement being subject to the availability of appropriate funds from which payments may be made.
