Sample Agreement Letter For Scholarship

Sample Agreement Letter For Scholarship

If I receive a scholarship, I give the Rogue Community College Foundation permission to publish all the scholarship awards I receive, listing my name, hometown, name and scholarship amount, as well as a biographical summary. I authorize the Rogue Community College Foundation to share copies of my thanks, applications, university major, and degree with donors. Unless the written statement to the contrary is filed with the Foundation`s office, all Fellows authorize Rogue Community College to publish photos of themselves for advertising purposes. Note: Please first write your answers in Microsoft Word to ensure well-written and “typo-free” answers and save a copy of your letter. Then, insert your answers in the corresponding paragraph. Congratulations again on your choice as a Fellow and if you have any questions, please contact us at (link send an email) or call 541-956-7293. This form establishes an agreement between the Rogue Community College Foundation and the aforementioned fellow for the funds awarded for the 2020-21 academic year (July 2020-June 2021). Scholarships are first used for tuition, fees, and enrollment books at Rogue Community College. Each excess credit is refunded to the beneficiary to be used for the cost of living during registration.

In the event that the authorization is not maintained, the money will be returned to the Foundation. End your letter by thanking the donor again and pledging to make a difference with the “donor investment”. If you have received more than one scholarship, you must complete a separate thank you for each scholarship until the deadline indicated in the email. Your scholarship(s) will be cancelled if you do not meet this deadline. It goes without saying that if the scholarship holder does not meet the agreed conditions in this form or continues to meet the scholarship criteria, the scholarships are cancelled. All scholarships require you to meet a minimum grade point average (GPA) of at least 2.5 and complete at least 6 credits per semester, unless otherwise stated on the scholarship. To view the criteria for the scholarship you received, please see the 2020-21 scholarship awards on our website. Start your letter by thanking the donor for making funds available for your scholarship. Tell the donor what this scholarship means to you. I agree to meet the eligibility criteria for the scholarship I received, which is under This is a step-by-step guide that helps you create your thank you letter. We encourage you to reflect on your response, as we send your letters to donors and supporters of your scholarship. Your donor will be happy to know more about you – your family, your background before coming to RCC, why you chose RCC, and your goals at RCC and beyond.

Tell the donor what you want to do with your training in a few years. Add a call like: Your greetings really, the warmest, etc. You can contact the donor either with dear “Scholarship Name” or another call.. . .
